We are approximately 1 mile outside of the quaint town of Lake George, Colorado and about an hour West of Colorado Springs.

Our peak season is May 1 to October 31.

Our off-peak season is November 1 to April 30.

The closet airport is Colorado Springs just a short 1-hour drive to Arcadia Villa. Denver International Airport is 2 hours away and a beautiful drive for your guests.

For our one-day package, we offer use of Arcadia Villa for 12 hours starting mid-morning through late evening. For our weekend package, we offer Friday mid-afternoon through late Sunday morning. Multiple day packages are available, contact us for more details.

Yes! We offer ample free on-site parking for your guests.

Yes! We allow well-behaved, leashed pets. The bride, groom and wedding party may bring their four-legged furry friend(s) to join for ceremonies and photos. We ask that wedding guests and vendors not bring their pets. For corporate retreats and family reunions, we are pet friendly. Please contact us for more details regarding our pet friendly policies.

From Colorado Springs Airport, take US Highway 24 West towards Woodland Park. Continue on US Highway 24 past Woodland Park for approximately 15 miles to Lake George. Turn left off of US Highway 24 onto County Road 90 at the Lake George Fire Station and go approximately mile. We are on the left at 8140 County Road 90, Lake George, Colorado 80827. Use second entrance gate - it's a large wooden entrance gate.

We offer use of the venue including 4000 sq foot covered and enclosed space with a bridal suite, groom suite, guest restrooms and shower, two fireplaces, large open space for ceremony and reception, direct access to scenic Pike National Forest for hiking and other activities, outdoor firepits, full lighting package, beverage station, audio plugins for DJ/band, big screen TVs, projector and screen, tables, chairs, linens, wedding officiant, and heaters for use during cool evenings. Yes! You may change the date of your wedding, corporate retreat, family reunion, or other special event one time without charge. If the date your requesting is not available, you will need to select another available date.

We are a smoke-free property and smoking is prohibited due to the risk of wildfire in our area. If any of your guests request the option to smoke, please contact us to discuss possible exceptions to this rule.

Yes! We offer handicap accessible facilities in our main 4000 sq foot event space.

You may play amplified music until 9 p.m. Quiet hours begin at 9 p.m., but you can still play acoustic music or even have silent dancing or silent disco dancing! For single day events, vendors need to be out by 11 p.m. For weekend long events, you may stay until midnight.

We require that you leave the venue in the same condition it was found. All wedding decor and props that were brought by the client and/or their vendors must be removed by the end of the booking period. All trash must be disposed in our trash cans. Any large items, boxes, or decor must be disposed of off-site.

You may also book directly through our website by visiting the home page, selecting Services, choosing Book Now, selecting your preferred date(s), and submitting the required deposit. Once you book online or contact us to reserve your date and submit the deposit, we will send you a contract to sign to officially confirm your date(s).

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to your event date. If you need flexible payment arrangements for the final balance, please contact us to discuss available options.

Cancellations are permitted under the following terms: You may cancel up to 180 days prior to the Event Date, subject to a fee equal to 25% of the deposit. If you cancel between 179 and 61 days prior to the Event Date, Arcadia Villa will refund 50% of the rental cost. Cancellations made 60 days or less before the Event Date are non-refundable.

Yes, day-of event insurance is required and must include host liquor liability coverage. This coverage may be purchased through Wedsafe or another event insurance provider. Proof of insurance must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the Event Date.

Mountain weather can change quickly, but we’re prepared. Our spacious 4,000-square-foot event space can easily serve as both your ceremony and reception location in the event of inclement weather. That said, storms here often pass fast, so you’ll likely still enjoy an outdoor celebration surrounded by towering pines and majestic aspens.

Yes, you may have a one-hour rehearsal prior to your wedding. If you booked for the weekend, you have use of Arcadia Villa from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning to accommodate for a rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, the ceremony, reception, and farewell brunch.

Yes! Our 4000 square foot event space has two spacious bathrooms.

For weddings and other special events, we accommodate up to 100 guests.

Because we are located in a high-risk fire region, open flames and fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited. This includes sparklers, candles, and campfires. We do offer gas-powered fireplaces and fire pits as a safe alternative, and battery-operated candles are a great option for décor.

To protect our wildlife and livestock—and to keep cleanup manageable—we do not allow glitter, confetti, artificial flower petals, or similar items. We encourage the use of real flower petals, wildflower seeds, rice, and/or bubbles instead.
