What is your cancellation policy?

We allow for cancellations. You may cancel at any time up to 180 days prior to the Event Date, at a cost of 25% of the deposit. If you elect to cancel between 179 days and 61 days prior to the Event Date, Arcadia Villa will refund 50% of the Rental Cost. For cancellations 60 days or less prior the Event Date, the venue fee will not be refunded.
